• Name and email

• Type of order (ready-made candles, custom order, or bulk/favors)

• Quantity

• Any special requests or customizations

Order Confirmation

Once we receive your request, we will review your order and confirm:

• Availability

• Total price

• Shipping time
  
  

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm all the details.

Payments

Bulk / Large Favor Orders

• 20% deposit is required to confirm the order

• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and before shipment
  
  

Other Orders

• Full payment is required before shipping
  
  

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via:

• Revolut

• Bank Transfer
  
  

Payment details will be shared after order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via ACS Courier and delivered to your nearest ACS pick-up point.

Once your order is ready and dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

Shipping Time

Order preparation times vary depending on the product:

• Large / Bulk Orders (e.g. Favors):
  Up to 30 working days

• Custom Orders:
  Up to 7 working days

• Ready-Made Candles:
  Up to 3 working days
  
  

Courier delivery time is not included and depends on ACS.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are not accepted

• Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed
